I'm free! Screw you squid! I'm outta here!
Why 140mph in the highway is a bad idea:
Wheelie into a cop car, that won't end badly
Whee! I'm flying!
Wobble wobble.

I feel physical pain watching some of those but oddly enough no sympathy.

I think this one is my favorite! The cop car one is a close second

Ouch. Wobble wobble manages to hit the only car on the side of the road... that's gonna leave a mark. (I'd say something about "And that's why you need a steering damper..." except the real answer is "And that's why you don't do shit like that on public roads. Ever."

That cop was PISSED, I hope he beat the shit out of that guy. I'm not a proponent of police brutality but in a situation like this it is warranted.

That poor bike

Only two of those were even partial squids. Sport bike rider crashing =/= squdding. In fact, 2 & 3 were in full leathers.

From that website(bold mine):
What's a Squid?
"Squid" is a term used by the riding community. It has many, many MANY definitions and that definition varies depending on who you are asking the question to. Ask us? A squid is someone on a motorcycle who is unprepared, uneducated, and/or unsafe.
if you rear-end a car on the highway at 140mph, or pull a wheelie on the road and hit a cop car that falls under "unsafe" to me.

To be fair, the cop did stop pretty abruptly. That said, the wheelie certainly prevented the rider from reacting in time.

That's were I am too. "Ouch! I bet that hurt. Maybe you shouldn't have been doing that, dumbass."

but why "squid." something about bare flesh smeared along the pavement? something about the sound of the word squid?

Apparently it derives from "Squirrelly Kid", as in someone who can't stick to the racing line on a track and dates back to old motorcycle racing days in SoCal.
